Ours began with three brothers growing up beside our father while he worked on cars. As kids, we would hand him tools, hold the flashlight, and watch him bring broken vehicles back to life. Our father did not just teach us how to repair vehicles. He taught us that your word matters, people should always be treated with respect, and if you are going to do something, do it right, even when no one is watching. Those lessons became the foundation of our family and, years later, the foundation of our business.
Like many mechanics, our father worked tirelessly repairing vehicles for others to provide for our family. Watching his dedication inspired us to open a repair shop of our own. We wanted to build something that reflected the values he taught us: hard work, honesty, and treating people the right way.
As our repair shop grew, we began noticing the same heartbreaking pattern over and over again. Customers would proudly bring in vehicles they had just purchased, only to learn they needed thousands of dollars in repairs that should have been caught before they ever signed the paperwork.
Those conversations never got easier. Watching hardworking families spend money they could not afford to lose made us realize there had to be a better way.
That is what inspired us to start All United Auto.
